Is my trial a subscription?

Yes, it is. If you don't cancel it, it will automatically renew to a paid subscription.

How can I cancel my subscription through the App Store?

Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID. You can only cancel your subscription through your iPad's Settings > iTunes & App Store > Your Apple ID / Name > Subscriptions.

Go to your iPad's Settings and tap on your Apple ID / Name on top. Then on Subscriptions

Through this flow, you can manage all your Subscriptions.

You will see all your active and expired Subscriptions. Tap on it and cancel

How can I cancel the subscription, I've purchased on the website?

Sign in to your Account on the website - tap on the three dots next to your current subscription and tap on cancel. You'll need to confirm the cancellation again. Please note, this will turn off automatic renewal and you won't be able to turn it on again.

How can I get a refund?

In case of website purchases

please write an email to info@shapr3d.com and we will refund your purchase from our side.

We grant refunds only if requested within 14 days from the subscription start date.

PayPal refunds typically re-appear in your account within 48 hours of requesting the refund. Refunds via credit card typically take 3-5 working days to credit back into a your account.

In case of App Store purchases

In case of an App Store purchase, you can ask for a refund the following way within 14 days of your purchase:

  1. Go to http://reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Find your Shapr3D subscription
  3. Select the reason for the problem
